SSF wanted to increase membership acquisition as well as drive footfall to its chain of retail stores in Malaysia, and wanted to target Carousell users who are actively chatting in the Home & Furniture category.
1 – Targeted Ads were redirected to a lead generation form where SSF could use to convert users into paying members.
More than 50% of the leads redeemed the promo vouchers SSF retail stores, and over 25% new SSF membership registration, which exceeded KPI set.
